Operatives of the Nigeria Police have arrested members of a notorious one-chance gang operating with a tricycle in Surulere area of Lagos.
Spokesperson of Lagos Police Command, Benjamin Hundeyin announced this in a statement.
According to Hundeyin, the notorious one-chance robbery gang of Usman Hussani and Ebuka Ukechukwu, operates with a tricycle along Funsho Williams Avenue, in Surulere area of Lagos.
The suspects were arrested following a distress call received from a victim shortly after he was dispossessed of his phone and other valuables by police operatives in Surulere division of Lagos Command.
The spokesperson listed items recovered from them to include two mobile phones, two SIM cards, one Sterling Bank ATM card, one UBA cheque booklet belonging to Ugochukwu ( other names withheld) and one brand new tricycle with registration number LSD 360 QN used by the gang.
Hundeyin added that the suspects will be arraigned once investigations are concluded.
