The outcome of the All Progressives Congress Governorship primary election conducted over the weekend across the 18 local government areas of Ondo State has been described as the true reflection of the acceptability of Governor Lucky Ayedatiwa.
The State Commissioner for Education, Mr Olaolu Akindolire stated in a congratulatory message after the announcement of the results by the election committee chairman and Governor of Kogi State, Mr Ahmed Ododo.
Akindolire noted that the overwhelming turnout of financial members of the party for the election was a clear indication that Ondo state has advanced politically.
“I was impressed with the expression of love by APC members to Governor Ayedatiwa, they marvelled me.”
“I believe the primary election spoke volume ahead of the main election in November, the people of Ondo State have spoken.”
Mr Akindolire commended the Election Committee for a credible and acceptable primary election.
He noted that the Governor Ayedatiwa led administration will continue to justify the confidence reposed in him by the party members and the people of Ondo State.
Mr Akindolire urged the people of the state to expect a turnaround for better in the state and mobilize ahead of the November governorship election.
The Education Commissioner appealed to other aspirants to see the outcome of the party primaries as a win for all and embrace the candidacy of Governor Lucky Ayedatiwa in the interest of the people of the state.
