Attack on UBA: Delta Police calls for useful information

The Commissioner of Police Delta State  Ari Mohammed Ali has appealed to the members of the public with useful information that would aid the arrest of anyone found with bullet wounds.

The appeal  was contained in a Press Release signed by the Ag Police Public Relations Officer (PPRO) DSP Bright Edafe.

Recall that heavily armed hoodlums attacked the United Bank For Africa(UBA) Issele Uku Branch at about 1600hrs on Tuesday 30th March 2021 which utterly destroyed the Bank’s security doors as undisclosed sum of money was carted away.

However, in a swift response by the Delta State Command Headquarters, men of the force  led by DCP Olaleye  Faleye were dispatched to the scene of the crime. The gallantry shown by the Squad led to the death of one of the suspects and recovery of two vehicles riddled with bullets and stained with blood used for the operation by the hoodlums.
