Four men have been remanded at Aba Correctional Centre, for murdering two siblings.
The suspects, Chigozie Ikokwu, Amanna Temple, Chukwubuike Nnamani, and Chikezie Emmanuel, were said to have murdered Bright, Nine, and his seven-year-old younger brother, Victory, at Abayi Obuligba, Osisioma area of Aba, in April.
The presiding judge, Justice Teddy Erube, was told that two of the suspects had no legal representation, as lawyers for their other colleagues prayed the court to order their remand in the Aba correctional centre.
Adjourning the case to August 4, for further hearing, Justice Eruba advised the defendants to engage lawyers or be prepared to remain in custody as the case progresses.
